With Johnny Air Cargo Shopping Online you and your love ones in the Philippines can shop at your favorite online store, like EBay or Amazon. Then you can have your order delivered to our main office in New York, and where we will ship it directly to you in the Philippines — and it will only take a week.

​Step Two

Pick a method of shipping listed by your U.S website/retailer (i.e. UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

Step Three

Once your order goes through, note the tracking information and send an email with the details of your purchased items to Johnny Air Cargo Padala c/o Joy Duran, [email protected]. Include your name, the order tracking number, the item description, your contact address, and your contact number. It is IMPORTANT that you immediately forward these shipping details. This way, we will be able to send your package to the Philippines without any delay. 

When we receive your package, we will reply by email with your Johnny Air Cargo tracking information and the shipping cost to the Philippines. Payment for the shipping cost can be made online (in USD) or payment can be made upon receipt of package with the amount converted to Pesos based on the current airline rate.

The transit time from New York to Manila is approximately 5 to 7 business days from flight date, with an additional 3 to 4 days to the Provinces. Once the package arrives in the Philippines, our office will notify the recipient that it is ready for pick up. You can also easily track your package by using our Padala Tracker.

If you are in the Philippines and you do not have a credit card, let Johnny Air Cargo place the order for you with Cardless Online Shopping. Simply follow the steps below.

Step One

Select your items from your favorite store/website. Contact our office in Manila and give them the order information and website link.

Step Two

Fill out our Order Fulfillment Form.

Step Three

Pay the total equivalent amount of the purchased items plus the minimal JAC credit card fee.

Packages (2 lb. minimum)

​Metro Manila (additional delivery fees applicable)	$6.99/lb.
Provinces (additional delivery fees applicable) ​	​$7.49/lb.

Envelope (1 lb. Minimum)

Metro Manila (additional delivery fees applicable)	$10.00/lb.
Provinces (additional delivery fees applicable)	$10.50/lb.

Surcharges

1. There is a surcharge, which is 5% of the item value, that will be applied to shipments totaling $500 and more.
2. The minimum surcharge for Laptops and Notebooks is $30/pc.
3. The minimum surcharge for Mobile phones, iPads, and Tablets is $25/pc.

JOHNNY AIR CARGO reserves the right to open and inspect all packages at our discretion

• Rates for oversize packages are calculated based on dimensions however repackaging may be done for a nominal fee. For larger items such as Flat Screen TVs, please email Joy Duran.
• ​Chargeable weight is whichever is greater between the actual and volume weight. Volume weight is computed as Length x Width x Height in inches, divided by 166.​
• There is a $5.00 handling fee if paid in The Philippines (COD)
• We require insurance for all items valued at $500 and above. The insurance amount is 5% of the item value.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:
JOHNNY AIR CARGO (JAC) STRICTLY PROHIBITS shipments of firearms, firearms parts and accessories thereof (even with legal permits), hazardous materials, dangerous goods, lithium batteries, counterfeit merchandise, illegal drugs, cash, coins, precious metals, and negotiable instruments. In addition, JAC does not accept for shipment any goods requiring the issuance of export licenses by the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (B1S), the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control, or any other governmental agency. Customers are required to provide JAC with accurate product descriptions and values so that Automated Export Statement (AES) filing requirements can be satisfied. By placing cargo with JAC, the customer agrees to all of the above restrictions and conditions, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JAC for any fines, penalties, forfeitures or other costs arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
